Treating Algal Blooms

Toxins from harmful algal blooms are increasingly contaminating source waters, as well as the drinking water treatment facilities that source waters supply. This video from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency shows EPA researchers helping the treatment facilities find safe, cost effective ways to remove the toxins and keep drinking water safe.
