Spirulina Nutrition Study

See how spirulina is being used to treat childhood malnutrition and nursing mothers in Madurai, a major city and cultural headquarters in the state of Tamil Nadu in southern India. Professor Doctor Edwin discusses the improvements in children’s health, including weight, iron level and Vitamin A, with a daily program of supplemental spirulina. Another study, in Senegal, has indicated how micronutrients from spirulina are key to a child’s cognitive development.
